Returns policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be complete. We arrange and pay for Bosta pickup anywhere in Egypt.

Defective units are replaced at our cost. Refunds are issued once the returned item reaches us — to the original payment method for card orders, or by arrangement for cash-on-delivery orders.
