Shipping & delivery
We ship from our Cairo lab via Bosta, door-to-door across all 27 governorates. Your exact delivery estimate and shipping cost for your governorate are shown in your cart and again at checkout, before you pay.
Orders above the free-shipping threshold ship free — the cart tells you how close you are.
Returns & replacements
You have 14 days to return anything, no questions asked, and we cover Bosta return pickup anywhere in Egypt. Defective units are replaced at our cost.
Signed-in customers start a return from Account → Returns, and can name a preferred pickup date. If you checked out as a guest, contact us with your order reference and we will arrange it for you.
Payment
The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your card number.
VAT is calculated and shown as its own line in your order summary before you pay, and is itemised on your tax invoice.
Common questions
Are your lumen claims accurate?
Every product line is tested in an integrating sphere against ANSI/NEMA references. Lot-by-lot QC checks 1 in every 50 units. The box prints the bench reading, not the marketing number.
Will it fit my car?
Set your vehicle in the fitment finder. Products without a confirmed fit show up greyed out. If your vehicle isn't listed, reach out and we'll bench-verify before we sell you one.
What's your return policy?
14-day no-questions returns from the date of delivery, per Egyptian consumer-protection law. We cover Bosta return pickup anywhere in Egypt. Defects get a next-day replacement, no return-first dance.
How do I book a pro install?
Pick a service on the booking page, choose a lab, and submit. A tech calls within 24 hours to confirm parts, timing, and a fixed quote. No payment is due until the day of install.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across all 27 Egyptian governorates via Bosta — Cairo and Giza next-day, Delta and Canal in 2–3 days, Upper Egypt and frontier governorates in 3–7. GCC export coming soon — drop your email on a product page and we'll notify when your region opens.
